Daily Zikr

The Ulema and saintly elders advice us to spent some time of our day with the remembrance of Allah (Zikr). Further they say, we should recite the following once after Fajr and once after Asr.

100x Third Kalimah: Praising Allah by repeating 'Subhan'Allah, Alhamdulillah, Wa La Ilaha Ilallah, Wa Allahu Akbar (La Haula Wa La Quwatta Illa Billah)'.
100x Istaghfar: Seeking Allah's forgiveness by repeating 'Astaghfirullah'.
100x Darood Sharif/Salawat: Sending salutations upon Muhammad (saw) by repeating 'Allahumma Saleh Ala Muhammadin Wa Ala Ali Muhammad, Kama Sallaita Ala Ibrahima Wa Ala Ali Ibrahima, Innaka Hamidum Majid. Allahumma Barek Ala Muhammadin Wa Ala Ali Muhammad, Kama Barakta Ala Ibrahima Wa Ala Ali Ibrahima, Innaka Hamidum Majid.'

I heard that Maulana Ilyas (r.a.) should have said that whosoever does this portion of Zikr in the morning and the evening regularly will not die before he has seen his place at Jannah.
